Are you talking about the rat being eaten by the mouser? Please, they won't show death in the new series! Parents would be irate and they would change the show from "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" to "Young Adult Completely Average in Every Way Sharing Love Turtles". And everything would get real sappy like they do anymore in cartoons.
