I personally don't have a problem with polygamy or polyandry, as long as everyone involved is a consenting adult....really, as long as the party's involved are all consenting, why should any person outside the relationship even care?
What is "traditional" anyway. Who's tradition? What if one religion allows multiple wives or husbands? Why are they not free to pursue their religious beliefs? For a country that is supposed to separate church and state, we sure have a lot of laws that restrict things that don't fit the anglo christian norm.
Life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. As long as no one else is being hut by it why restrict a group's right to their own happiness.
