He and Amy Jo were never an item while the show was airing. He was married at the time with a baby. In fact, the baby in the 'The Ninja Encounter' episodes was his actual son. Amy Jo divorced someone back in 2017, and recently she was dating someone new according to her social media. I don't know if they are still together or not.
