Seeing it at Walmark, and I plan on getting it, BUT I do recall the arcade game being release on the ps2 in one of the 2003 Turtles games as a bonus. Now that version was missing the cartoon voice overs in the game.

So my question is, well is THIS the FULL game cartoon voice overs in all? Or because of copy write issues the voice overs are missing like the ps2 release?
