I had believed I had found a certain movie based on the turtles (specifically the versions of them in the TV program about them originally produced for Nickelodeon named "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles") named "Half-Shell Heroes: Blast to the Past" through the "Totally Turtles" channel for the Pluto TV service on the day this message was posted.
