I have GERD so we've been eating the same meatless meals like always but... changing it up to eat less processed and... less spicy.
tonight i made a mexican casserole thing. layered nachos with white rice, black beans, spinach and light dairy sour cream... on my side of the dish and my wife got spicy toppings on hers... garlic, jalapeno, cayenne pepper, cheese etc.
it was good!
