It's even better than I thought it would be.
The co-op mode is excellent and reminds me of the two player modes in great sidescrolling beat-em-up games from the 16-bit era such as Streets of Rage. It also has classic MK characters, settings, moves, and sound effects that long time fans of the series like myself can appreciate. Plus, with all the unlockables and other secrets, there is tons of replay value.
I suppose I should also post this in the thread for MK Shaolin Monks, but that would be a little repetitive.
