- Sub-Prime was undercover, why blow your cover like that? There was no immediate danger.
- Rook literally states that the Irma android body was a creation of hers, one she used a variant of and presumably would have used the original if it wasn't stolen. Why would she need to impersonate anyone? On the side of good, it would have done no good. Better to fabricate a persona.
Now you could say Sub-Prime replaced Rook at some point, and that Rook was sent out by the Utroms to protect April or something. There is zero evidence for that as well and would open more questions than it would answer, however, it is more plausible than there having been a human version of Irma.
