Ok, here's my fangirl blithering on the pictures (which requires having access to all the pics for proper reference):

10 - Jedi Leo!
18 - O'Neil Cargo! Sounds impressive!
20 - Showoff
21 - Back home. (LOVE)
23 - Serious LOVE (OMG the family portrait!)
24 - Leo's happy to see Raph? Yeah, too bad you're gonna try to kill him later...
26 - Loungin' (LOVE)
27 - LOVE
28-29 - Serious LOVE
34-35 - Ok, so we've already seen this, but it's still awesome.
52 - LOVE (I am SO glad I bought this toy!)
58-60, 63 - Based on things Kevin Munroe has said, I'm guessing this is where Raph and Casey talk about the nature of being vigilantes, or something along those lines.
68 - LOVE
69 - LOVE
70 - What's with all the tin foil? (And LOVE!)
71 - Hmmm.. Don looks upset.
73-75 - Don does research in someone's apartment (April and/or Casey?)
92 - Raph uses pans as a weapon - classic!
94 - LOVE
95 - The newspaper reads, "Who is Nightwatcher?" (And apparently also opens backwards.)
98 - Uhoh, Raph's in trouble. (LOVE)
109-137 - This entire sequence is going to be INSANE! And the imagery here is incredible. To try to be a little specific...
110 - Raph vision (LOVE)
111 - Leo tries to reason? (LOVE)
114 - Raph shows his reason.
115 - Damn you Leo, why do you have to be so cool?!
116 - And again..
127 - Again...
128 - Stoppit!
129-130 - Flip back and forth between these two. I'd say this is when the REAL fight begins.
131 - DAMN
135-137 - Raph wins?
138 - But I think something happens to Leo, and it's not Raph..
146 - I'm *guessing* Leo doesn't come home from the fight with Raph. (Mikey in the background of this one kills me.)
147 - Just in case you hadn't lost it yet.
149 - Raph's other side (gah is that hard to look at)
150 - Recomposure..
153 - ROTFL
154 - Leo finds his way home? But why does Raph have his swords?
155 - Mikey love!
157 - Damn is that thing funny lookin'! I didn't like it much at first, but it's growing on me.
158 - Hmmm.. an aliance?
159 - LOVE
160 - Serious Mikey love. (And it looks like the poor van got trashed in the background.)
161 - I <3 this room.
