I tried that for years, on Facebook, & to a certain extent, here.

It does not work. Those who are not receptive to new versions of a kids series are certainly not receptive to new lines of thought from their peers.

& mods (not here) in places such as FB groups, as an example, are usually just as bad, so it's useless. I gave up.
