Here's a couple shots of the dojo - note the two entranceways next to the tree. Splinter's room is opposite the tree. So, so far so good.
Next some shots of the main room. The back of the TV is up against those sliding double doors, which go to Don's lab/garage. The lab is opposite the pool/tire swing.
You can see by the windows that the dojo is just on the other side (they're the same half-circle windows behind the tree).
Don looking out of the lab. That doorway in the background has a curtain on it, presumably the one to the kitchen.
Leo pulling back the curtain before he enters the kitchen.
Here the guys are facing the turnstiles, ready to go out. Notice the stairwell in the far background, which leads to their bedrooms.
And Leo walking up those same steps. Four entrances probably means four bedrooms, not too much of a stretch there.
Seems pretty accurate to me, I couldn't find any flaws.
