I want a deadly Baxter Stockman who stays 100 % full human all the time, no cyborg or fly, and not so much stuck in time and space. If it's said it would sell less toys, but let it come with a robot he can just sit at and steer with controls and fire rayguns, like this one (which Armaggon used)

That would always make him free to use in adventures with mad scientists, and less need for sillier scientists like Lloyd Cycloid and Philo Sopho.
