As a whole it's worth getting through. The problem for me is that the serialized nature of the show makes the whole thing, in hindsight, feel short.

I also come from the generation where a successful cartoon series had hundreds of episodes, so there's that I guess. But TMNT 2012 was a legit, legit blending of the FW series and the more serious 2000's series.

This is as opposed to the ROTTMNT, which is a blend of TMNT, yuppie-animation for 3 year olds and a blender full of crap.

That last sentence was unnecessary, I suppose.
