I'm not sure since I'm not that familiar with Transformers but since you give Krang a full-powered technodrome (and he'd probably have his molecular expander just in case), I'd say he would be pretty hard to take down even by Optimus considering how the technodrome has survived the worst of conditions and at its maximum power, can lay waste to entire cities, possibly even the entire planet.
