lol Probably. You figure, toy sales were not great and the series got axed post-movie announcement so any profits to help fund it (and provoke Nick's interest in even doing so) are gone.
Unless I'm wrong and this is fully on Netflix's dime, Nick wanting to give money to this now is probably like begrudgingly buying a birthday present for the crappy stepchild they can't stand just to seem fair.
Now it's just up to Josh the intern having time on the weekends to finish it up...
