Another thing I forgot to mention was these crazies have become so overly sensitive (or just looking for reasons to be offended/sensitive about it) where people can no longer make broad statements about either men or women without them acting like you wish death upon transpeople just because you didn't 'remember' to include them in your statement.
I forgot if it was Adelle or someone that won an Oscar or an Emmy or something and tweeted something like 'I feel so proud to be a woman tonight' and the transfolks tried to turn that into an attack against them.
It's going to get to the point where saying 'ladies and gentlemen' will get you cancelled/fired or be considered offensive or problematic or even hate speech just because you forgot to mention 'and any other gender out there'.
