That's why I was proud of that particular aspect of the movie. Kids aren't incapable of understanding mature issues like this, but too many parents are worried only about their own embarassment that the mature issues get told to them by their peers who typically have a half-baked understanding of the issues themselves. If you have kids, do the responsible thing and talk to them about what matters before someone else does. It's a matter of trust.
