Can anyone say why there are different versions of the super 7 ultimates turtles?

When you look here https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Searc...imates+Raphael you'll find there are 2 Raphs. Both wave 1 but one already released and sold out, the other one not yet released but up for pre-order.

What is the difference between those 2 versions/variants?
