I'd play a TMNT RPG, or maybe a better fit would be a strategy RPG. Something like Disgaea or Super Robot Wars.

edit: mentioned this in an IRC channel and someone said "Teenage Mutant Ninja Tactics".

edit2: I really wish they'd make a TMNT Lego game.
