There is a pretty big one that makes no sense what so ever and yet it keeps happening. Leo is capable of using the gauntlet required to hold the Sword of Tengu, despite having three sausage fingers that wouldn't fit into a gauntlet made for humans. I realise it's not exactly the kind of mistake this thread is meant for, it's just baffling that nobody working on the thought about it.
