I came to this line pretty late, when the line was already over and it was clear that no sewer lair was going to be built by Mega. So I took it upon my self to build me a lair as close to the cartoon one as possible, using only Lego and limiting the size to a 48x48 baseplate (to keep the parts count a tad smaller). That's why Splinters meditation room is very small and behind the living room. If you squint hard enough you might see the turtle shell in the tetris like carpet
The last pic shows newly added stickers with rivets to the pipe door sections.

Unfortunately no instructions for the Sewer Lair, I made it before I knew how to make instructions, and making one now is extremely hard.
