Possible forshadowing of Bebop and Rocksteady?

First off, I gotta say I absolutely love the new show and could hardly expect more, especially coming from Fox. After watching I've noticed two thugs that seem to stick out to me. So far they're names haven't been mentioned and I don't think they've had any real lines.

One has a red afro and the other has blue dragonball-esque hair. The one with the Afro possibly being Bebop and the one with the blue hair possibly being Rocksteady.
