What do you think Shredder's father would have been like in the original cartoon?

We saw his mother show up in Season 4's, "Shredder's Mom," who was an elderly Japanese woman who lived in a nursing home for retired supervillains. We saw his brother work for the Tokyo police force.

But we never saw Shredder's father in the OT. How do you think he would be? Would he be evil like his mother and himself?
