Ways to improve the Red Sky seasons?

Season 8 and 10 were both pretty good. 9 not so much.

And they were more determined than ever to stop Shredder in season 8. Which is funny considering they had plenty of opportunities to do so in the previous seasons. Yes, they did complain about them him always getting away... but a lot of times they kinda just let him go. After season 3, they seemed to kinda stop caring much if Shredder got away or not.

As for "Turtle Trek", they wanted to stop him, but Splinter told them that their main goal should be doing good and not obsessing over stopping Shredder. I guess he told them that so that they weren't as obsessed about Shredder as Shredder was about them. He didn't want the hatred to consume them. Also, in the 3 parter with Shredder and Krang in season 10, Shredder didn't seem to care much about the Turtles. He wanted to go back to Earth and stay there in order to conquer it, but it seemed like he wasn't obsessed with the Turtles as much as Dregg was. Hell, in fact, krang even calls Dregg "mad" for wanting to burn the Earth to a crisp. Funny, considering Krang has attempted insane things against Earth before as well
