[Question] Have we forgotten about Warnings?

There are peeps here who have been banned - obviously.
But in the Forum Rules, http://www.thetechnodrome.com/frules.shtml, it states this:
"Users who break the Forum Rules will be given up to two warnings before being banned:
*Rank Title* *Rank Image*
Warned
Warned x2
Banned "
There is supposed to be colors there, like red of you're banned, ect.
But it seems like we don't give warnings. I haven't seen anyone yellow or orange, just red! I think we should put this into consideration. That's all.
