Lord Dregg and O3 Shredder

I kind of wonder what it'd be like if they did Turtles Forever differently. Like if they used the Red Sky Version of the 1987 Turtles and the Back to the Sewers Version of the 03 Turtles or just the First Season of the 03 Turtles and had Lord Dregg work with 03 Shredder

Do you think they'd be a good team? I doub they'd want to work together but if they had to, they would work together to destroy the turtles. I could see them being a devastating team up and a serious threat. Not to mention they both had awesome voices.

Would Turtles Forever be better if they did it like this.
