Is TMNT Meme-able?

I mean Spongebob has been around for almost 20 years and we've seen a variety of memes coming out of Spongebob over the years gone viral.

But why is this not happening to TMNT? Is it not as universal? It's been around even longer than Spongebob.

Sonic has viral memes.

Others have too like Power Rangers,

Star Trek,

and even freaking He-man has a meme (eventhough I don't know the show).
