New Episode Discussion: "April's Artifact"

That "Jungle Out There" was the corniest song I've heard in quite some time.

It sounded like something out of a bad 80s movie to me... and I was laughing the whole time during that scene, because it reminded of the "Gonna Need a Montage" song from the episode of South Park parodying bad 80s movies. You know, the one that has these lyrics:

Today is approaching,time to give it your best.
You've got to reach your prime,
That's when you need to put yourself to the test,
And show us the passage of time!

We're gonna need a montage (Montage!)
A sports training montage (Montage!)

Show lot of things, happenin' at once;
Remind everyone of what's going on (what's going on!),
And with every shot, show a little improvement
To show it all would take too long!

That's called a montage (montage!)
Even Rocky had a montage (montage!)

In any sport, if you want to go,
From just a beginner to a pro,

The shots of the turtles working on their weapons and such during the song just made it all the more funnier. Of course, that's not what they were going for, and the song really was truely awful. That's my only real complaint.

Hey - is it just me, or did April call the Queen Wasp a B!tch when she impaled it with her spear? WHOA!

She said "Get away from him, you witch!". It was a nod to Aliens, when Ripley says to the Alien Queen "Get away from her, you bitch!"
I know that's probably obvious to most people though(just like Indiana Jones reference earlier with "Bugs. Why did it have to be bugs?"
