Fatal Attractions/RPG
‘I’m lost again. I must have made a wrong turn somewhere; why do they make this place such a maze? I feel like that girl from the Labyrinth, only I’m not trying to save an annoying baby stepbrother from a group of goblins. I wonder what it’s like to have a brother, or any sibling for that matter? Are they really more trouble than they’re worth? I guess I’ll never know. The Goblin King was cute and I liked his attitude too. What is it about men with bad attitudes? It’s like ‘Fatal Attraction’ or something. Where am I now? I should have paid more attention to where I was going before then I wouldn’t be in this mess! Not much I can do about it now… why did I have to go into here any ways? All that’s in here is trash, sewage, rats, and sewage, and… roaches… roaches! I REALLY shouldn’t have come in here...’
Roaches. Many of those who thought they knew Miranda well assumed that the girl was immensely afraid of the things; in truth, however, she just hated them with an extremely passion and for good reason too. It wasn’t exactly fun to wake up to something tickling you only to find out that is a roach crawling up your arm; nor was it very funny to have a roach run over your foot in the middle of the night as you made your way to the bathroom. Roaches were scum; they had no right to live! And then, there were butterflies… To her, it seemed like she had been wandering through the dank sewer for at least an hour; she wished that her watch hadn’t broken. She had entered the sewers barely twenty minutes ago in attempts to loose those who had been chasing her. How she to know that 8th street and down belonged to the Devils anyways? She was new in town! Eh, she’d find a way to get them back sooner or later but first she needed to get out of the sewers! She stopped momentarily to catch her breath and gather her thoughts as took off her black fedora to wipe her slightly sweaty brow; she then checked her coat. Miranda loved her coat, and for good reason; not only did the black denim jacket keep her warm, but it also was somewhat stylish, long, and big enough to hide her true form well. She frowned as she found that the bottom inch of it was now soiled, she’d have to remedy that later. |
