in any event, i do agree that volume 1 is better in many respects, but volume 4 blows away volume 2.

most issues of city at war had some sort of action going on. and not all this "fight for a second a be friends" or "fight for a second and realize it was someone else" fighting we are getting in the new series.

and i still dig vol. 2 over what we currently have over vol. 4.
