The Ninja Turtles need a fourth evil turtle!
They've already got Slash, Metalhead, and Tokka.
They also got the Punk Frogs, of who are also a quad group. But, it does not feel the same with them. But, besides Slash, Metalhead, and Tokka, there has to be a fourth evil turtle in any of the TMNT cartoon series or games. |
