Hard to find issues

I know alot of people got most of their original turtle comics Mirage and Image from www.milehighcomics.com and www.mycomicshop.com. And thats where I got the majority of mine (going to order vol 2 and 3 from the ninjaturtles later on..), but I've ran into a few problems. I cannot for the life of me find issue 2 (any print, but preferably 3rd and later), 6, 13, and 14 of volume 1. The Raphael 1 shot. Issue 1 and 2 of vol 1 Turtle soup, and issue 4 of Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

So, my question..? Does anyone know where to get these issues off of stores online? (I prefer to deal with reputable online shops, not a e-bay kinda guy). Or, were they still in stock when you ordered yours? Help would be greatly appreciated.
