TMNT Vol 4, Free PDF Issues?

I really loved the TMNT Vol 4, but was thrown for a loop when they stopped releasing pyhsical issues in stores (only by mail), but offered free PDF files of the issues.

At the time, reading PDF files wasn't exactly an easy thing - but now that I have the ipad, I wish I had those issues.

But whereever they where once offered is long gone, or not offering them anymore.

Are they available anywhere online? Is it legal to get them online anymore? Sorta surprised web searches don't turn up anything, either.
