Tracking Your Turtle Fan-dom

**Jester** · 04-25-2010, 09:57 PM

Hey all, Jester here. I was looking through my old elementary school class pics and I found this gem:

Yep, that's little Jester there in the front row wearing a TMNT t-shirt.
Anyone else have pictures of themselves wearing real vintage TMNT stuff?

*ToTheNines* · 04-25-2010, 10:11 PM

Ho ho ho

Doesn't really count, but I did save the little guy... he had a fish hook stuck in his mouth lol

***First of Two Latin Kings*** · 04-25-2010, 10:13 PM

There are some, but I don't have them scanned.

**Venom** · 04-25-2010, 10:26 PM

I like that shirt. DO WANT!!

I still have my old Turtle shirts tucked away safely.

Also, that kid on the far left looks a little tipsy.

I recently found home movies that included Christmas '90 or '91, where I open a selection of TMNT goodies (some of which I still have).

*Powder* · 04-26-2010, 12:05 AM

I will deffinately share some stuff here soon!

Are you going to upload them to the You Tube? I've seen some videos from the 1980's and 90's with children opening video games presents for Christmas or birthdays.

OA · 04-26-2010, 09:10 AM

Here are a few i've found.
This gem is from '89. Notice what looks like a TMNT puzzle box bottom holding a number of other '88-'89 figures in the lower right.

Obviously, some Christmas goodies!

And lastly, my idea of camping. My older brother was spending the night at a friends house so I decided to camp out with Donny - in his room!

BoggleKng · 04-26-2010, 09:30 AM

My first action figures.. even my little sister knows that Splinter kicks ass..

BoggleKng · 04-26-2010, 09:47 AM

Homemade Halloween costumes:

I forget which Turtle this was...

Casey Jones, although most everyone thought it was Jason..

BoggleKng · 04-26-2010, 09:59 AM

Just to keep the Fan-Dom going but this is one of my step daughters as Leo.. I had this old TMNT pillow case that we converted into a costume..

*discordiatookie* · 04-26-2010, 12:19 PM

Ha, my mam always put me in a shirt and tie for my school photos. That first turtle halloween costume is a stroke of genius. I love it. Ace photos everyone!

I got some, two i've put on here before, and two that I ain't.

First be me and my sister meeting a terrifying Michaelangelo. Or as Powder once put it, Mikeclops. Yep, it's an unfortunate angle.

Must be christmas, going by the selection boxes. Great haul, got myself a blimp! And 'though you can't see em, that be Star Wars pyjamas I have on.

Thundercats duvet set, Turtles poster. That's one of the Hero Turtles magazine poster comic specials.

Must be my birthday! Great tablecloth ma!

I'm pretty sure there's more, but that's all i've got. My folks live in Portugal, and she's got most've the pictures...

ToSte · 04-26-2010, 01:44 PM

I believe I was at Pizza Hut picking up an Out Of Their Shells tape.

*Samhain* · 04-28-2010, 09:05 PM

I know I have a bunch but all of the photo albums are buried in my moms closet & she's being a pain about letting me take 'em out.
She's afraid of a memory avalanche, I suppose.
