and after being raped by ebay fees and factoring in my initial investment i pay to give my stuff away. I know it's a slim chance, but I'll try it out. I got a few people seriously interested. We are in negotiations. (notice the best offer option) $10,000 is so it stands out.

$25000 on an 80% coverage still leaves me a few grand in the hole.

nofuture4u, aren't you keeping anything, not even your favorites? I mean, selling figs/stuff you own can be a quick money fix at times, but it stops there. Thats an awesome collection you have put together to be proud of. It doesn't solve the "bigger picture". Its like people who sell their wedding rings. Not gonna help in the long run. But I guess it depends on how much or how badly you wanna keep it to begin with.

I know from experience and really regretted it after selling on that impulse. After selling and using the money, I was like, ok now what? Granted you can always buy the stuff back eventually, but when you're talking that many figs, thats a lot to buy back. Thats why now I only collect what I love most and sold off a ton of my collection to just focus on that. No point keeping stuff I just like over stuff I love to collect.

You probably know about this but most hospitals will give you a discount if you offer to pay up front. Since people are defaulting on most medical payments now they're desperate.

yes, but I have othe payment obligations as well such as a mortgage, car payment and so on so I can't afford to pay all of my bills every month. trust me I don't want to sell this
