yeah, so mostly cause i don't wanna keep interupting the storyline and I know both y'all are reading this one too....

for the record... I don't ever want discipline from either one of you two... If you're looking for pain without damage, there's plenty of places to paddle

as for bone size... you remember that "trick" elementary school kids used to play, where they'd get some poor sap to lace his fingers together so that the knuckles all lined up and then squeeze his hands? it hurts like hell regardless of how big your hands are ... and blood vessels are blood vessels, I'm sorry, but after taking a ruler to the tops of the hands, especially hard enough to make a trained ninja wince... there's gonna be bruising and swelling.

I know you don't want Splinter to have really hurt his son. So yeah, I suspend disbelief for the talking Rat and Turtle

but if you ever deal with a real-life choice of whether to paddle your kid's behind or smack their hands... please swat their butt or the backs of their legs or the bottoms of their feet...

Yeah, Splinter knows a lot of stuff about blood vessels and such in the body, as well as pressure points, accupressure points, shut on/off points, subo, the likes, so he KNOWS how to deal with them without bringing real harm to them....just a bit of hurt pride.

Really quick so the Forum Police ninjas don't drag me outta here...I just wanna add something. These guys are in a ninja clan. Ninja clans do far worse to their members for far less crimes.
