Bumping this up because I just caught something. In "TCRI" listen to the music that's playing as the Turtles are climbing the elevator shaft. It's identical to the drumbeat they use in the Olympics theme song.

That may be because there's a running gag in the episode that the TCRI logo resembles the Olympic rings.

Also simple things like in the intro & theme, them paying homage to all the major incarnations of Turtles from the past:

The Original Comics: The pose at the end
'87 Turtles: The Theme remixed & The order the turtles are mentioned is the same as the '87 theme
2K3 Turtles: Showing them with no pupils
Movie Turtles: The lyric "The Secret of The Ooze" which was of course the title of Ninja Turtles II

Yes, I figured as much but I never caught that before I watched it. Pretty cool though.

The Squirrelnoid ep had 3 easter eggs:

- Mike had a line saying he had to polish his grappling hook, which is the same exact line he has in one OT episode.

- Donatello mentioned retro-mutagen to change them back to normal, taken from the OT.

- The Squirrelnoid's were based on the Alien Movie franchise, but it also reminded me of the Pizza Monsters episode, which was also based on the same movie franchise.

The REAL easter egg was the Muckman poster in Mikey's room.

To be fair to Paulsen, his Donnie is a little different than his Raph. Whether it's just age and writing or just a different inflection in his voice (probably all of the above) he doesn't sound identical. Still, it's pretty cool and I wonder if they'll make a joke about it.
