No surprise, the film is tracking for a debut of over $100 million.

After seeing it, I can finally sigh in relief that they

Spoiler:
didn’t ruin Elsa with that lesbian bull**** some people demanded.

At the beginning I thought she’s hearing a call from some horny lesbian from a far. But as time goes on, I’m convinced it must be her mother. Perhaps she could even be alive?!

I dreaded the firecamp scene because there’s an excerpt leaked online hinting they could be romantically involved and singing and stuff. Thankfully nothing really happened, it was brief and cut short. No forced love interest storyline here.

I’m so happy that Elsa ended up single and solely independent at the end. That’s the message from the first movie and it resonates even stronger in this second movie.

Bravo Disney.

Spoiler:
“We did personality tests and a lot of in-depth work looking at where they are in their lives. It was clear that she (Elsa) wasn’t ready for a relationship at all. She was still getting used to the fact that people were accepting her, and she still had so many questions about her powers,” Lee said.

Nicely done.

If any of you are going to take your kids, nephews, nieces, or even grandchildren to this movie, here’s an article about what you need to know before going to the theater. It sounds like this movie will be much more serious than the original.

Yeah, guaranteed there will be dozens upon dozens of articles written by people upset that they didn't "commit" to a lesbian romance.

Yeah I am not concerned about any impact on the LGBT community or representation. I just want to see some hot cartoon lesbians in a Disney movie. My needs are simple.

We could theoretically live in a world where we get some cartoon Disney lesbian princesses. Hopefully in Frozen 3 in the year 2022 or something.

Elsa's all over Pornhub already, buddy.

......So I'm told.

Anyways, if you're serious about wanting a fix, there's far better options than waiting for Disney to officially sanction it in one of their movies. You f*cking slacker.

Variety did an interview with the cast. Josh Gad revealed that when he did an early reading of the script, it was titled. “Anna and the Snow Queen”. Other actors who took part in the reading were Jason Biggs, Megan Mullaly and Ginnifer Goodwin.

https://variety.com/2019/film/news/f...ey-1203411027/

Thank God Jason Biggs was never a part of the movie. I've made it clear how much I can't stand that guy's behavior and I don't know how he ever gets any work. His acting is so lifeless and wooden. If he was going to be Kristoff, I'm sure that he would've given the character no depth or personality. I don't think he would've even made a good Hans despite acting like a douche in real life. I'm guessing that Mullaly was doing the part of Elsa when the character was originally going to a villain and before she was changed into Anna's sister. Goodwin would later do outstanding work as Judy Hopps in Zootopia, so it all worked out.

I saw the movie in IMAX last night. Did I think it was as good as the original? No. However, I thought it was a very solid sequel. Arendelle and the animation looked absolutely stunning in large screen format and the sound was superb.

Spoiler:
Besides her films being very successful on their own, Anna now has another reason why she can't be considered an official Disney Princess like her sister, Elsa. She is now Queen of Arendelle. The evolution Elsa went through was beautiful. Unlike Woody's farewell to his friends in Toy Story 4, Elsa didn't say so long to her sister and companions for good. It was kind of like Ralph and Vanellope's in Ralph Break the Internet. Everyone is living in different places, but they will see each other again. Elsa was invited for charades on a Friday night. I thought Olaf was really gone for good after that scene when he disappeared, but thankfully they pulled off a Frosty the Snowman moment. The backstory of Elsa and Anna's parents was quite clever.
