I get the feeling that it'll be more like the animated Spider-Man series they did in the mid '90s where it'll have a blend of humour and seriousness.

and JA is pointed at a more mature audience, why else would it have started at playing at night when adult fans could see it, and not make toys based on it only Statues

Yeah that one. You gotta admit though, they didn't give the series good closure.

Yes my thoughts exactly.

I'll be more than satisfied if the new show's atmosphere was comparable to the '90s Spiderman, has an in-depth storyline, character development, and incoporates stories and characters from the Mirage series. Throw in weapon use and I will be the happiest TMNT fan around.

I mean the Mary Jane clone plot was never resolved. They had Spidey married to her, and he found out that she was a clone who ended up vaporizing so the real MJ was never really there.

You mean the one where they weren't allowed to show any punches?

then they went into Secret War were only the then original Iron Man, Human Tourch and Storm revised their voices. Then we went into the War of the Spider-Mans as I call it, bunch of spider-mans from diffrent reallities brought together by Madam Web and the Beyonder to stop Spider-Carnage from distroing all worlds. Scraler Spider, Metal Armor Spider-Man, Doc Oc Spider-Man(Toy), 6 armed Spider-Man, and an actor playing Spider-Man. Of course Spidey Won, we got to see Gwen Stacy married to Armor Spidey and his Giant Spider robot. Oh and Spider-man meet Stan Lee

Thats pretty much how the series ended, never did find out what happened to MJ. And I hope it isn't like Spidey, at least not in the way they reused the same scenes over and over again

I just hope they don't make the catch phrases serious. They need to be either funny or stupid, it is so funny laughing at stupid phrases. Otherwise, there will be no comedy in the show...the comedy was what made turtles a hit in the first place...
