Lots of deja vu in this ep. The title, of course, was reminiscent of "City at War". The Shredder really needs to watch what he's slashing at... that's how he sent the water tower down on his own head in the first season.

And fighting the Shredder to the finish on the catwalk of doom... I liked the nod to "Exodus", heh. Good to see Mikey be resourceful, they should let him do that more often!

I found it pretty hard to suspend my disbelief that all that stuff could be controlled through a single network... oh, but the Turtles have their own network. Um... do you realize how things might work if they actually were all on a single network like that? You'd never have gridlock, government offices would be coordinated (cough), HIPAA would have a fit over what was accessable on hospital records... you could stop fleeing criminals by flinging hydrant caps at them...

But still, it was fun.

Awesome episode. I wish more of BTTS was like this.

Thought it was cool how they actually killed the Shredder, even if only for a moment. I'm pretty sure he's still a mechanical being, but the electricity bringing him back doesn't confirm that. Electricity can start up our own hearts as well.

1. Get an education on television terminology. "Finale-type" episodes are ones that tie up all loose ends early if the producers want to start a new arc to form a cliffhanger ending for a season finale, or to have a fun, self-contained story to close out the season

We know three major companies went to war over how to develop this season, I doubt it'll return.

This season is 13 episodes, they've aired 11 so far.

So yes there are 2 new episodes left, as well as a DTV.

Thought this was a well-crafted episode. I think if the season were to end on this episode, that would've been OK. I was glad to see Shredder returning to the real world because it was an expected but welcome change. I do hope we'll see more of him.

The cyber aspect is starting to bother me less, I guess, to the point where I don't think much of it. Maybe it's because there doesn't seem as much of a focus on it. I guess it is necessary, though, as long as it doesn't seem excessive.

And I'm not sure if you guys noticed, but it looks like Casey was briefly in this episode. I think it was during one of the action scenes, which kinda seemed contradictory because I don't remember it being explained how he returned when he was basically vaporized last episode. I hope I don't sound ignorant, but maybe I wasn't paying attention. But other than that, it didn't look like he was in this episode.

I hope this season goes out on a high note because I don't any of us wanna be let down. I don't anticipate much, though, so we'll see what happens.

Overall, a nice and somewhat suspenseful episode. I liked the fact that the Turtles weren't always necessarily because that kept me intrigued. The action, for the most part, was well-balanced with the humor.

I'm assuming you didn't see the previous episode, because one of the following would be apparent to you if you did:

1) You'd also be asking why April's there
2) You'd know why Casey (and by extension April) are there.

Also: Casey was in more than "one of the action scenes". He and Raph discovered the beaten Purple Dragon members, and he was in the lair for a couple of scenes.

Cool episode. I liked how they had Mike take out cyber Shed. I was surprised he didn't gloat his awesomeness like he did when he "won" the battle nexus. Is Mikey actually becoming mature?!

I guess since they didn't show previews for a new ep, they'll go into reruns.

hey do you guys think that The Shredder will wise up to aimlessly slashing after this episode.... or if not, at least getting the hint once he breaks more than at least one structure post?

They should do it one more time just so one of the turtles can be like ,"Won't he ever figure that trick out?"

Best Mikey in the entire series. Seriously, this Mikey was helpful, used his head, and enjoys goofing off. His entrance into the subway car was hilarious.

Good episode overall.

Great episode. I loved when the fire hydrants were attacking them. Mikey beating Shredder was awesome, because it was a total nod at Splinter beating Shredder the first time. I also liked the KHAAAAAAAN! got totally owned by Raph.

I liked this episode. I hope the next two are as good and intense as this one.

At least Leo had more of a role in this one than in most of this season's episodes.

And hopefully Splinter will be found soon.

Well, in a previous episode, he mentioned himself being made flesh again. That might point to his Utrom body being regenerated inside the cyber armour.

Though perhaps the actual result of his escape from the Cyber world is more similar to Viral's body when she was outside of Cyberspace like in Timing is Everything. But that doesn't really answer any questions because we don't know the nature of her physical being.

And the fact that Cyber Shredder could turn his claws into outlets to hack into the NYC computer grid suggests his body is not just an Utrom exo-suit.

Wow! Good ep!! Mikey and April save the day!! Mikey proved that thinking on your feet works at times.

There were many things in this ep that I never expected to see in a cartoon. Namely the major intense car wreck. You just know those people died. Oi!!

When the Foot symbol appeared on the screens in Time Square it reminded me of SAINW!

Im just wondering where Serling was when all this went down. He was nowhere to be seen at all...usually he's helping April and Don.

Looking back, the boxes that came toppling down at the power plant looked an awful lot like the Weighted Companion Cube - minus the heart, of course.
