I was looking at this comic thinking "I'll not be getting one of those as I'm not going to SDCC and overseas shipping is too expensive" when I suddenly realised I recognised the cover picture - it's the original concept cover art I got from Kevin Eastman at the London event just over a month ago!
The artwork says Book 12 across the top, so it was obviously originally going to be used for that but was abandoned in favour of another design. It's then been reused for the SDCC exclusive instead. Quite pleased with that - I was a bit disappointed when I saw that the art wasn't being used for issue 12.

I picked up the auction for $30 that will be signed by Eastman. Was worried where I was going to get this, and I am happy to pay for an Eastman Autographed variant cover for 30
