It's got the feeling of a green transformers logo in my opinion. If you were to not have the text across the top, it is very similar.

I think it looks great. Love the metallic green and 3D effect of the 'Turtles'. I don't think we have to worry about aliens anymore. This is the title. If the film was called Ninja Turtles it would say as much here.
