They definitely have more personality than Hun imo.

I never found Hun interesting besides his massive size. Did we ever get a Hun backstory? Or was it supposed to be in Nightmares Recycled?

He's so boring that I don't even bother to find out.

Hun had a backstory with Casey.

Hun definitely had a more interesting character than Dogpound/Xever, who are basically just there at this point.

Yeah I never cared for him. His design did nothing for me and I found his voice annoying.

Stop living in the past Cubed. Xever and Bradford (moreso Xever) are far more intersting than Hun. Xever got a backstory. Hun just burned down Casey's house and killed his dad. Not really interesting. Xever was a thief who got recruited by Shredder.

I fail to see how Xever is any more interesting than Hun given how they share the exact backstory in which they were both thugs whose special skills earned them a chance to work for Shredder.

And had "Nightmares Recycled" been finished, it would've been a good insight on Hun and his relationship to Garbageman (who he himself wasn't that great of a villain, but eh).

I still wish Mikey would name Xevers' mutant form Robocarp instead of Fishface.

But yeah, I suppose they're okay.
With so many new mutants coming their mutations aren't anything special any longer.
I get the part that they wanted two mutant henchmen as in the OT, but it's still boring when there are so many other mutants. Ohwell.

It's funny how you just disregard his opinion as "Living in the past", because he disagrees with you. That's an excellent way to conduct an argument.

Have you ever thought that just maybe people appreciated Hun's personality more in 2k3, than Dogpound and Fishface in 2k12?

I actually hadn't watched any ninja turtles for 6 years, up until a week ago. Last week I watched the complete season 1 of 2k3, and proceeded immideatley after to watch the complete season 1 of 2k12. And guess what? I found that Hun was a much more memorable character than Dogpound and Fishface. They're all still fresh in my mind, and I don't find any of them particularly all that interesting.

Do I care if you disagree? No. Do I respect your opinion? Yes, and you shouldn't just marginalize peoples opinions "as living in the past".

You make valid points, but look, you're new here... When you get to know Cybercubed a bit better, you'll completely understand what sometimes seems like harsh backlash.

Same reason we didn't get Karai but we got Cockroach Terminator and SpiderBytez?
Maybe we will get Mutatin' Dogpound and Fishface, or maybe Chris and Xever as some kind of exclusive.

I think they're both great, particularly Dogpound. However, I'd quite like it if they didn't stick around for a great deal of time, perhaps just until the end of season two. I just don't want them getting annoying and overstaying their welcome, if that makes sense?

I suspect if we are to get Bebop and Rocksteady in the show, then they'll replace Dogpound and Fishface, which I'd be more than happy with, actually.

Hun was a much better character than Dogpound/Fishface. He starts off as Shredder's second in command and then takes control of the Purple Dragons himself after he finds out he's an Utrom.

Really what about Dogpound is interesting? Ever since he mutated he's just a big dog mutant who grunts and snarls. Had they kept him human he might have been more interesting.

I don't care for dogpound but I prefer Xever, I find that he is very similar to hun with the sadistic personality and connection to the purple dragons. The reason however why I prefer Xever over Hun is that Xever doesn't really have the undying loyalty to Shredder like Bradford or Hun, he just in it because he likes a job where he gets payed to crush skulls everyday.

i hate dogpound and xever overall, they are nowhere as ammusing as bebop & rocksteady and they are not much competition for the turtles since there mutation. Hun was far more of a force and alot smarter then Dogpound & Fishface. Hun bought the fight to the Turtles in Fallen Angel, the Shredder Strikes and the Shredder Strikes Back and branched off to build his own mini empire with the Purple Dragons. I find it weird that Xever & Bradford were way more dominant in there battle against the turtles then they are in there mutated form as Dogpound & Fishface. During New Friend, Old Enemy, Never Say Xever & even the Gauntlet they gave the turtles a good battle but in mutated forms they have yet to prove themselves. I agree with cybercubed on this 1. I feel this version of the TMNT have the weakest enemies of the turtles with the exception of the Shredder and Karai.

Hun and smart don't belong in the same sentence. Xever and Bradford are much smarter, Bradford managed to manipultate Mikey into becoming his 'friend' just so he could find the lair and get Splinter. Since when did Hun actually do anything smart?

Smart does not necessarily have anythin to do with intellect it has to do with him being able to hold his own and actually have some reason of planning like what he did with the Purple Dragons. Bradford did not manipulate Mikey none of the turtles knew Bradford worked for the Shredder, Mikey just saw a celebrity he thought he could befriend.

I don't think they're bad characters but they're not really interesting in the long term. I wonder if they'll be replaced by mid Season 2.

This. I thought Bradford and Xever were much better fighters in their human form and while they do look more intimidating now, Dogpound's bite especially doesnt match his bark (pun intended). They both seem alot more clumsy now and again, Dogpound especially doesn't have any ninja skills now because he is too big to do much of anything. He just swings and misses a lot. Part of me still hopes their mutations can somehow be reversed and be turned back into human form.

I'm hoping that in season 2 Dogpound and Fishface's big thing is going to be competing with this new Tiger Claw character for Shredder's favor. They don't seem like the types who will be too thrilled about being replaced so it could give them some interesting motivation and moments going forward.
