2k12 series:April Derp, Mutagen Man (aka Timothy), PizzaFace, the Donnie monster from the race car, Mom-thing, the squirrelanoids, Chimera, the Rat King, Razhar, the Baxter fly, the mutated kraang people and the Muckman with his eye.

2k3:The monster people from the underground, Savanti, although not a mutant but Baxter's rotten body, it's disgusting; Leo with tentacles, and the red monster from the Darkness Within episode, the blue statue from April's shop, Dark Mikey.

Going to go with this Giant leech Raph fought in Mirage. I think it was Wyrm? Help me out here.

I still don't know why Playmates have never made a normal human Karai figure, but I have to say she makes a very good serpent, possibly the best of all the mutants other than Turtles & Splinter.

Nah, ICK isn't offensive, but her mutation scene WAS pretty disturbing and gross. but also strangely hilarious in a sick sort of way. Personally, though, I think ICK is adorable! (I want one! Can I have an ICK of my own?)

I wish they would make a plushie or even just a figure of ICK, now that I think about it. I'd buy one for sure!

Mutants like April Derp or Mega Shredder, where they are these twisted perversions of the human body. with body parts and mutations and other strange things in places and things creating a human-esqu abomination. It's a little too sickening for me, I'm to grossed out by that kind of thing.

Nick's Muckman was a bit gross to with his intestins hanging out but they were still moving and his spine being broken.

I though Mike was really disgusting when he had bulbous bumps all over him in Mikey gets shell acne.

And the Mom monster was really frightening to me.

I tell you...those designers for some of those CHaracters in the Nick series...some wild and crazy minds they've got.

I love ICK. I was frustrated that they didn't have an action figure so I made one.

Nick has a lot of gross characters. Its really hard to pick the worst.

Has to be Fish April from the Old toon.

Here we had one of the most pretty cartoon women of all time, turn into a slimy, scale, bump, fish women. Think goodness she return to normal.

Even I am nauseated by Mega Shredder, and I watched the "House Fancy" toenail without cringing.

I also find the Underground Monsters truly horrific. They are such inhuman creatures who were once innocent humans.

I would say Mom-Thing, but I don't believe that's technically a mutant, just an alien from an alternate dimension.

The original Mutagen Man was a creepy concept.

Bloodsucker for sure.

The Nick cartoon has a long list of repulsive characters, but I would say Mega Shredder with his tongue tipped with a living human body is the most disgusting mutant.

Probably Scumbug and Wyrm from the Archie comics. That issue scared me as a kid with one of them talking about wanting to open up the turtles and feast on their insides or something like that.
