Generally, exclusive means the item was made exclusively for sale at one particular store... like the animated style Star Wars: Clone Wars figures. Hasbro made them to be sold only at Target stores and no other retail stores. I doubt that this Mini-Shredder is a true exclusive... he's just not hitting the shelves at Wal-mart, Toys R us, KB Toys, etc.

I got splinter today in the mail, It has a weird tail that I had to put on it, It came loose in bubble wrap and no accessories.

of course the turtles aren't hard to find. You can even get them in a four pack at most drug stores. I got mine at CVS. I bought Splinter at Dollar General, and I got Shredder, April and the Foot Ninja from Family Dollar.

do you know how I freakin loved those guys as a kid those had to be my fave toys right there....they were so much fun i loved changing there parts...
playmates would be dumb not to make baxter like this.

I've got mini Splinter and mini April, and I can go and get the 4 pack of mini Turtles, but no Shredder or Foot Ninja. Hell, they even sold out of the Marvel minifigures... but they always restock the *&^% Barbie Ripoffs...

But the Baxter figure... ooooohhh I want it soo bad... I wonder what it's gonna be!
