It has been a long time since I read this, and roughly translated it, but it does go into Savanti Romero's origins if I remember right, explaining that he was once a man that became what he currently is.

So there already is a replacement TMNT #8 out there? Is it drawn by Jim Lawson? Yeah Roseangelo you should put up some pics of this particular issue. It'd be interesting to see.

Yep, it was done years ago. If I can get my scanner working I'll do the Romero origin pages.
