This was a great episode and definetally the best of the season!

I do have a few tiny problems. The biggest is Karai. She with Chaplin when they enter, but then she (but not Chaplin) disappears until the end of the episode. Is it that hard to at least show her helpping the Turtles (Then again, maybe I just missed her)? Also, why is the Rat King there? I don't think he has any business there. It seems random at best. Oh, and is it me, or does he look like the toy now? Btw, Hun and Baxter are missing, but unless Shredder forced them to work for him, I can understand why they weren't in it.

Anyways, on to the good stuff. Leatherhead cries at weddings. Gen trying to steal credit on presents. Good simple fun stuff right there. Usagi gets a good action shot, I like that. Splinter gets the final battle which is pure win. While I liked the idea of Bishop being the minister/priest, Fugitoid works even better! And let's not forget the cameos...the glorious cameos! I'm going to have to watch this again to get them all.

Oh, and can people finally stop saying they left Cody hanging? Please?

Great episode. If the show ends here, I'm perfectly fine with it.

We should have gotten 200 episodes, not 156.

All we needed was a few more seasons too.

Overall I liked the episode and think this was a pretty good send off. Most of my thoughts are kind of nip-picky things, some of which people have allready mentioned.

Spoiler:

1. Why was Rat King there and why was Bishop watching?
2. That large group was having trouble with the foot ninja until the Justice Force showed up to save the day. Let me through some names out there, Leatherhead, Usagi, Gen, Karai, and the freaken NINJA TRIBUNAL not to mention the four that trained with the turtles. I really would have thought this group could have more than handled those foot ninja.
3. Renet was there. Instead of showing Cody, they should have had just a quick 10 second seen showing her sending Serling home and re-uniting with Cody.

Again, just kind of nit-picky and I don't mean to be so negative. I really liked seeing all those characters again.

Spoiler:
1. Mortu finally making it back to earth. The soy sauce comment was great.
2. Usaji getting a piece of some foot ninjas and Gen crossing out the name on the present - both great.
3. Rat King - I know I questioned why here was there. It didn't really make sense. At the same time I did enjoy seeing him again. Was it me, or did he look even more like the old school Rat King than before? I'm not sure if it was my imagination or not.

Rat King was probably just observing them. It's not like he got excited over a wedding.

I forgot to mention Angel. I'm glad they showed her. Being that she was in the very beginning of the series a bit younger and shown here aged, it kind of shows how much time has passed. Great touch.

It's sad to see TMNT go, and I think fans are to blame for this. All the whining and attacks on Laird, I'm surprised it even lasted this long. My only regret is this season could have had 26 episodes. Everything wouldn't feel so rushed.

This episode was tacky IMO. Hey look, big wedding, let's cramp as many characters humanly possible, have a big fight, and end happily ever after. How come so many of these great fighters suddenly end up have trouble with some foot soldiers? You'd think the Ninja Tribunal with their magic voodoo powers could have taken down the foot soldier without the Justice Force.

Rat King? How did Rat King even know of the wedding? Does he even know who the hell's Casey? Yeah, Casey was in the Rat King episode, but like he knows who Casey is. Where's Hun? Or even The Garbageman. They might as well cram them in there as well.

They should have saved it for a few more DTV movies instead. That would have been better. I'm ok with it ending, it just could have been done better.

The show ended 'cause of Playmates, not because people were annoying Laird.

I'm not saying Laird ended the show cause of fans annoying him. I'm saying people were attacking the guy for whatever strange reason and placed a lot of blame and hate on him even though he's responsible for giving us such a great show. It may have its ups and downs, and the ending's a bit weak, but this is one of the best shows out there.

Well that's - that.

Rushed, but pretty good.

I liked all the cameos.

I guess it's time to take my leave, but I will probably come by around the time this DTV special airs.

You all take care, and to 4Kids, thanks again for the TMNT.

I too wished it could've gone on longer, but oh well, nothing you can do about it.

I so wish Lloyd Goldfine and Laird try to revive 2k3 continuity a few years now.

Let it be canceled now, but instead of another re-boot they should revive 2k3.

We will never have another TMNT show as good as this one. The next TMNT cartoon will be like what "The Batman" was to "B:TAS."

Twas a good episode..it just had soo many plot inconsistencies..

Like..shouldn't Kara you know..be disturbed,,that her father is back digitally, and that teh foot is back...and their attacking.

And shouldn't the Tribunal be able to easily take down all the foot and the Shredder..

I mean come on!

And Utroms aren't going..

"Oh ****. Ch'rell!"

And I'm pissed that this is the only ep Leatherhead appeared in...

Honestly they should get another season though....

I mean that thing never really killed Viral for good, so I doubt Shredder's goen still...

Ch'rell is floating around an ice asteroid..

And we still have the mysterious appearance by Tengu Shredder in tempus Fugit...

I wouldn't mind new Season was called..

TMNT Shredder Wars.

Abso-freaking-lootely. yeah, i was behind a lot of complaining... but look at it this way... we complained how bad FF was, and they didn't finish it... and some of the best episodes and concepts were thrown out. And I wouldn't doubt for a minute the complaining caused the end of BTTS to be abrupt too. Which is why when I hear people bemoan season 7 on DVD, all I can think of is that we'll never get it or seasons 8 9 and 10 either.

Yeah, it's a stone cold shame to see a TV show go... but in all honesty, Spectacular Spider-Man was wronged a million times more than this show was. 4Kids gave the show a chance to flourish... and this was their FIRST non-anime (or any other foreign cartoon) dub project, and it was a smash success to have lasted as long as it did. Spidey got the bums rush from Kid's WB, it got shoved on a cable channel not everyone gets (and it took a while to even get there), and now, we're going to have to live with a cartoon that's treated as a way to keep public interest until the next movie comes out.

I think the writers knew that ever season from here on out would need a title, so they set it up so the Shredder Wars would be the next one. That, or it's the DTV movie.

Dude, the show wasn't canceled because people complained. The 4kids writers don't care about some whiny 20+ year olds on a message board.

The show ended 'cause of Playmates refusing to fund the show and 4kids not really needing it anymore.

Really glad I stayed up to watch this serie's finale; makes me wish I had woke up on Saturday's back when the show first started to see most of them, but I did watch the first few eps back then before sleepiness would triumph (thankfully my mom would watch them and tell me what happened lol).

The interstitial clips on 4kids are pretty entertaining, too!

Now we can only look to the future and see what develops. At least we're one step better than in '96 by still having Tales, the Forever War, and the other cool books coming out, not to mention the mysterious DTV (which hopefully will be more entertaining in execution than the concept floating around sounds).

Who knows, maybe within the next decade Kevin will get his hands back in the game for a minute and give us a Heavy Metal-influenced TMNT animated movie.

Okay, I'm pretty much talking out of my head so I'm going to sleep now.

Eee! Pardon my glee. Many problems, but many wonderful things, too.

Happy Karai fan! Happier if she'd actually had something to do, and far too many characters running around to really get her take on the photocopied Shredder/resurrected Foot... (I told you all to go home! What do you think you're doing?? And who're these guys who think they're in charge? ) Ah well. Cameos from... everyone, LOL. Seeing 'Bishop' and 'wedding' in the same context, though... I can't help but think of 'Finch''s wedding, where he was the best man, and then look what happened... eesh.
I have yet to figure out why the Tribunal keep showing up, when they said they were moving on, implying another plane of existance or something... not that I think they couldn't visit, I suppose. That's more a gripe about "The Journal".

The Rat King was random, but made me smile... so was Bishop's, um - does he have hidden cameras out there or what? I can still think of more cameos I would have liked, but they were more the Turtles' friends, than April and Casey's... of course, I could say that about a lot of the cameos that were there. Conspicuously missing were Uncle Auggie and Robyn! (It may have been hard to explain to Robyn. At least Auggie would have been at home. ) But woot for everyone they managed to cram in! Though, as someone else said, with that many warriors of that caliber there, how could the Foot stand up to them? Eh, was a fun thing, anyway!

Also, that's the second time they used the Utrom at the sushi bar joke... ;p
