It at least took a shot on trying a live action series where we could see live action fighting. If the writing and characters were substantially improved, it could have been good like the first action movie airing weekly... in a way...

I liked Venus' misinterpretations...

Piece of Pie - Easy as cake, Calling the sewer a toilet etc...

Wasn't that horrible. The writing was just so plain and generic.

The biggest problem I had watching it was the cheesy sound effects and the slapstick comedy....and Bonesteel.

Dr. Queese and Van Mi were interesting, though.

Jester, to be fair, you can't knowingly create a thread about something MOST people find unpleasant, and expect some people NOT to make negative comments. Even if the entire POINT is to "say something nice", you're either baiting people like CC who you KNOW will be contrary for the sake of it, OR giving human beings in general too much credit entirely.

Also, I love all you guys but this personal vendetta against 'Cubed is almost turning me into a fan of his, because it's starting to become antagonistic and bullying, and frankly, when I see people being put upon, my natural reaction is to defend them, even if I don't agree with some, most, or all of what they say. Because someone should, opinions are free and nobody is wrong ALL the time. Let it go or Ignore him permanently. Pwetty Pwease?

On-Topic, CC stole my answer, which was gonna be something like "It wasn't around long". So if I HAVE to be serious and give a "real" answer, I guess I'll say.... sh*t. I'm SO not joking, literally every response I can give is some version of "it could have been worse" which still is not very positive. It truly is one of the worst things I've ever seen, not just in TMNT, but in all areas of entertainment. I literally can't do it. Every "positive" I can list is just so back-handed as to become an insult anyway.

I tried. Man, I really did think I could come up with one when I hit Reply to this. I looked at it like a neat challenge; I failed, miserably...

I have nothing "against" CyberCubed, but his oblivious attitude to just how annoying he can get is hysterical. Despite the numerous signs of his off-putting and contradictory behavior, he still isn't aware of it, and he continues:

1) One of the most memorable was his partial contribution in having Ciro Nieli leave this forum.

2) His oblivious contradictory behavior:
A. CyberCubed complains about others griping about the trivial details of the Nick Turtles dancing, yet he spent pages over debating about who the "real" Krang was.
B. He pridefully states that "others" take these forums too seriously, then less than 48 hours no surprise...

3) It certainly indicates something if even a poll has a "Shut up, Cybercubed...

" option and it's already in the lead, despite its humorous intention.

4) I don't think I have to remind others here that whenever anybody posts an opinion that CyberCubed doesn't agree with, he immediately replies with a personal insult that they "obviously haven't seen the show at all" or says they're delusional rather than merely disagreeing.

While I respect CyberCubed's vast wealth of TMNT information and without a doubt contributes to some thought provoking threads, his antagonistic strongly-opinionated viewpoint can irritate some. It's hard to take CyberCubed seriously when he states one thing, yet his behavior contradicts it consistently, and add strong pride to the equation... well it's no wonder some find him off-putting. So Leo656, normally I understand where you are coming from... but there's a reason why a significant proportion of users find him annoying, it's not his opinions, it's his behavior.

To me, I realized it's just the way CyberCubed is and to just enjoy the comedy show.
