how i see what raph have his mouth i wonder why white line on his lip

Yes the Tap Part is a scare But the lower part is a tooth pick you can see it shifts and stays Ridged unlike the scar Stretches with the skin

I'm pretty sure both of them are scars...the top and bottom lips. I think he got cut by someone or something. But he still chews a toothpick
