I really wished Shredder wasn't in this movie, Sacks as the main villain (and not as whitewashed Shreddet) would have worked fine. I loved William's delivery lines when Sqcks first meets the turtles. Especially the "say that again, I wanna hear you talk" line. He had a very nice mix of wonder over the existence of humanoid turtles, but still on focus on his goal of finally recreate the mutagen.

Or better yet, Sacks should have been an red herring, it would have been perfect as Ficthner was playing him.
